South County Aquatics – Registration Policy (Contact: southcountywaterpoloclub@gmail.com) — Registration: All participants must complete online registration and pay in full to secure a spot. Spaces are limited and filled on a first-come, first-served basis. Registration closes once capacity is reached or at the stated deadline. Each participant—or guardian for minors—must complete the required Liability Waiver and Emergency Contact Form before participation. — Payments and Refunds: All sales are final. No refunds, transfers, or credits will be issued for any reason, including illness, injury, scheduling conflicts, or withdrawal. This no-refund policy ensures the club can meet facility, staffing, and equipment commitments. Payment must be made in full before participation, and unpaid spots may be forfeited. If South County Aquatics cancels an event, a reschedule or comparable program will be offered. — Cancellations or Changes: Programs may be rescheduled, relocated, or modified due to weather, facility closures, or low enrollment. Participants will be notified promptly, and registrations will automatically transfer to new dates when applicable. — Participant Conduct: All members must follow staff instructions, maintain good sportsmanship, and adhere to facility rules. Unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in immediate removal without refund. — Health and Safety: Participants must be able to swim independently and be physically fit for aquatic activities. Relevant medical conditions must be disclosed during registration. All programs are supervised by certified staff, and safety protocols are strictly followed. — Participation by Minors: Participants under 18 require a parent or guardian to complete registration and sign the required consent and waiver forms. Minors must follow all safety instructions and remain under supervision during scheduled hours. Parents are responsible for timely drop-off and pick-up. Repeated misconduct or safety violations may result in dismissal without refund. — Media Release: By registering, participants or guardians grant permission for photos or videos taken during South County Aquatics programs to be used for promotional or educational purposes unless a written opt-out is submitted. — Agreement: Submission of registration and payment confirms acceptance of this policy. South County Aquatics reserves the right to amend terms as needed.
